Cervical Neck Fulcrum (Mini)

I purchased the cervical and lumbar wedges for adults, not the mini size. I have had issues with my low back and neck for many years, lots of pain and spasms. My cervical curve is gone and my lumbar curve is greatly diminished. I have found these wedges to be incredible after 10 days of daily use. I follow the instructions to the letter and have experienced muscular relief as well as little fascial releases that can be heard or felt is gentle pops and crackles. My chiropractor is very please with the results I have gotten so far. I tend to overdo things and laid on both far longer than I should have initially. Although I did not injure myself, I did feel strange to stand up and walk around right away – I should have rested in a Child’s Pose for 10-15 minutes to counter.I am not an expert but my experience has been great!
