I really like this belt. I lift three times per week and must confess that this is the first time that I used a belt. At first it felt a little strange wearing a belt, but after using it several times, i wouldn’t go without one again. I really like the added support the belt gives for my back. I feel more sturdy with the belt on. The belt seems to be well constructed, It is made of very strong nylon and is comfortable. The belt is adjusted by an attachment that goes through a belt buckle in the front, wraps around to the back, and securely attaches to Velcro. The belt runs big. I am 5’5″ and 120. The belt attachment secures across my whole back and fits snug height wise. That is no problem for me. Anyone much shorter and/or thinner may have a problem with the attachment being too big or with comfort because the belt may go up too high on your abdomen. Anyone larger than me, I don’t see a problem with fit. I would definitely recommend this belt and the price is reasonable.
